Journey with me into the here and now

Life is hard. And, it’s wonderful.

I give people the tools to help notice the wonderful and navigate the hard.

If you’re longing for a more conscious, resilient and peaceful way of being - I am here for you.

The 3 Pillars of my Practice

  • Mindfulness is paying attention, non-judgmentally, to the present moment. Mindfulness can be practiced anywhere, anytime, like while washing the dishes, talking with a friend or going for a walk.

  • Simply defined, meditation is the re-training of attention. Drawing from a long and rich history, meditation has many forms and styles including mantra meditation, insight meditation, eating meditation and walking meditation.

  • As a student of Polyvagal Theory, I believe that nervous system regulation means the utilization of somatic techniques in order to help the body ride the waves of life and come back to a calm, connected center. Techniques I use borrow from: breath-work, yoga, tapping, self-massage and sound healing.
