Six-Week Mindfulness Program for 3rd Graders
A once-a-week, (30 minutes per session) 6-week journey for kids to learn the nuances of how to pay attention, how to deepen concentration and how to foster a greater connection between mind and body. The final week ends with either a mindfulness walk or a sound bath.
Recommended for 3rd graders, or ages 7-9. Designed for schools or other youth organizations.
Mindfulness Assembly with Sound Bath
A brief but playful introduction to mindfulness through the use of mindfulness games and physical exercises incorporating yoga, Tai Chi and breath work. Ends with a mini sound bath.
Estimated assembly length: 50 minutes. Recommended for ages 7-11; recommended for up to 60 children at a time. Designed for schools, scout troops or other youth organizations.
Mindfulness Walk
An organized group walk which offers children the opportunity to practice mindfulness outdoors while experiencing the healing power of nature.
Recommended for ages 6-15; recommended for up to 20 children at a time. Designed for schools, scout troops or other youth organizations.
