One-on-One Meditation Coaching

Want to learn to meditate?  Or improve your existing meditation practice?  I offer 4-8 week one-on-one coaching in person, virtually or a hybrid of the two.  One-on-one coaching requires participants to commit to daily meditation homework.

Recommended for individuals or groups of 2-4 people, ages 18+ 

Guided Meditation with Optional Sound Bath

Want to give your staff, friends, team members or family a moment of rest and rejuvenation?  This popular event is great for groups looking to slow down and chill out.  Participants sit or lie down and enjoy a peaceful guided meditation with an option to end with a sound bath.

Estimated time: 30 minutes - 1 hour.  Recommended for 2-40 people, ages 16+

Mindfulness Talk (followed by a Meditation or Walk)

My second-most popular event begins with a talk on mindfulness, how to practice it, and how to implement its benefits into daily living.  It ends with either a guided meditation or a mindfulness walk; both help participants put into practice what they learned.  Great for non-profits, religious groups, corporations and other organizations.

Estimated time: 1.5 - 2 hours. Recommended for 2-20 people, ages 16+

Mindfulness Walk

I take groups of people out into nearby nature for a chance to get quiet and pay attention to the gift of the here and now.  Unlike a hike, the mission of a mindfulness walk is not to arrive at a certain destination, but rather to learn to arrive in each step, each breath.  Participants are in for a unique and restful experience.

Estimated time: 30 minutes - 1 hour. Recommended for 2-18 people, ages 16+
